“One act of kindness can change the world”
Tacoma Homeless Ministry once a month, Reach Ministry is leading outreach in a new location: join us as we head to the city of Tacoma to provide meals, supplies, prayers, and words of encouragement to the un-housed community. As we meet these tangible needs, we see doors continue to open to serve people’s deeper needs.
We believe people going through transition have practical needs, and one of those most practical needs is food. Reach Ministry provides meals, supplements, hygiene bags, and other supplies to the un-housed community.
Tacoma Homeless Ministry more than just providing food and supplies, we want to engage with others and make them feel loved. You can ask where they are from (hear their story), give them words of encouragement (God loves them!), and see if they would like prayer (dedicated volunteers available). We also have Bibles and biblical literature to help feed the soul. Our goal is to be a light and provide hope and love during this hard time in people’s lives while respecting their boundaries.
